Joe Risse Realty was established in 1977 by Joseph W. Risse Sr.  After a long career in new home construction and sales, the real estate business was a natural progression for his talents.  His son Greg joined him in the real estate business in 1979.  In 1997, Joe retired from real estate and Greg Risse became the owner and principal broker of Joe Risse Realty, Inc.
